Car Seat Best

I am looking for one of the most convertible child safety seats. The only problem is that I can afford very preferably 100 and less. I have the Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 convertible car seat and I’m been fighting with it for several weeks to do so in the form ordentligt.Problemet is my car is 16 years old, is in great shape. . But not the hook anchor little things. So I use the belt instead of following the instructions. I just can not fit in quite tight. No matter what I do is go around like a drunk sjöman.Några advice?

Someone commented on Eddie Bauer Deluxe Convertible car seat with regard to suggestions for the installation and performance of security? I installed in my car, seems to be right, but it’s still wiggling around and when my daughter falls alseep head tilted forward. Does not seem right to me.
