Basic leans more you tighten with a belt at three places!
My mother-in-law bought us SnugRide Infant Car Seat w / Silver base and Jogger Stroller. I must say that the bass is terrible. Flows all the time and most of the time my daughter is the tip sideways while I'm driving on the road. I can not say how long I had to pull over and buckle as a base again. Luckily for her 7-brother, who can sit beside her and hold on the seat when it is connected to the base. The seat is much safer if used without the base.

I hate this bed! If your belt Carseat has a shoulder strap, so rather than tighten the seatbelt, leans more here Carseat base. It is a stupid design. True one of the Graco SnugRide Car Seat Base series.
The base fits perfectly into our car and it was very easy to install.
